Narambuenatitan palomoi

(Palomo's Narambuena Giant)Etymology
Narambuenatitan is derived from "Puesto Narambuena" (the locality where the holotype was found) and the Greek "titan" (giant).
The species epithet, palomoi, honours Salvador Palomo, technician of the Museo Municipal "Argentino Urquiza" (Rincón de los Sauces, Neuquén), who discovered the holotype.
Discovery
The remains of Narambuenatitan were discovered at the "Puesto Narambuena" locality in the Anacleto Formation (Neuquén Group), about 20 km west of Rincón de los Sauces, Neuquén Province, Argentina, by Salvador Palomo, and collected by Filippi, García and Garrido during field trips in 2005 and 2006.
The holotype (MAU-Pv-N-425) consists of a partial skull, one neck vertebra, one back vertebra, fragments of neck and back ribs, seventeen tail vertebrae, chevron fragments, left sternal plate, a right shoulder bone, a partial left arm, partial pelvic girdle, and an incomplete left thigh.
