Uriash kadici

(Kadic' Romanian Giant)Etymology
Uriash is derived from the Romanian "Urias" (referring to the giant humanoid characters in Romanian Folklore, but also, generally, to something or someone colossal), alluding to its large body size.
The species epithet, kadici, honours Hungarian geologist and palaeontologist Ottokár Kadić (1876–1957) of the Royal Geological Survey of Hungary who discovered several continental vertebrate-bearing fossil localities in the north-western Hateg Basin, including the type locality of Uriash, between 1909 and 1915.
